NYC Video Production Intern

As measured by comScore, BUZZMEDIA is the largest digital publisher of entertainment news and the fourth largest digital publisher of original music content in the U.S. BUZZMEDIA draws on original editorial content, deep audience engagement, and knowledge of the young adult audience to provide customized, innovative marketing and advertising solutions across its branded properties.

TIME COMMITMENT
2-3 days per week (20+ hours per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will assist the video department by learning how to shoot interviews and musical performances in studio and on location, digitize and capture footage and creating string outs.

REQUIREMENTS
o Interest in Video in the Online/Blog World
o Knowledge of Final Cut preferred, but not required
o Camera, Lighting, Sound Recording skills a plus
o Familiarity with current music and entertainment personalities a plus.

INTERNS MUST RECEIVE ACADEMIC CREDIT TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN BUZZMEDIA’S INTERNSHIP PROGRAM.
